It has been an honour to photograph births since 2017.
In that time I have documented more than 50 births, of all forms.
The photographs you see here are someones story. Due to the nature of the photographs, as well as the preferences of each birthing person, the whole story can not be posted. However, I can assure that each story tell of their moments of immense strength, and the beauty they emanate while working to meet their baby.
My job is to capture the moments that you may not recognize as you work through your labour. The fierce looks you have, or the moments of peace throughout. The second your little ones eyes meet yours, and the laughs of relief that follow.
